Since last seven years, the company has been dynamically developing including its youngest division, namely the production of parts for the automotive industry delivering components to Bentley, LandRover, Jaguar, Škoda, Hammer, Jeep and many other vehicle manufacturers.

Varroc (American – Indian company) – factory Nový Jičín (production of car lights and air-conditioning systems)
KSR manufacturing (Canadian company) – factory Opava (production of pedal systems for cars)
OTSUKA (Japan company) – factory Olomouc (production of clutch pedals and hand brakes)

Complete offer of production machines and systems:
The core production plant is based in the company site at Ludgeřovice, Vrablovecká street including a wholesale warehouse. Currently, HP Trend operates 23 injection moulding systems of renamed brands ENGel, KrausMaffei, Selex and Bole and five extruders KrausMaffei, Tecnomatic, Mikrosan.

The injection moulding machines include a robotic system Witman with conveyors and injection printing machines Hitachi and Morlock. The production programme is completed with the manufacture of poly-fusion welding machines used for comfort welding (bonding) of pipeline systems. As one of few manufacturers, we offer anchoring of plastic parts using steaming technology on premium anchoring system Leabold-Heraus. In 2016, a new production hall was under construction. It will be used for anchoring operations, only, and it will be completed with another anchoring line with a spattering system.

Quality:
HP trend is holder of certificates ISO 9001, ISO 1400, ISO/TS 16949 and product certificates, for instance subject to standards ISO 15874, ISO 12201 etc. These and other certificates guarantee the highest possible quality of our products.

Company development laboratory testing:
The company has founded its own development design department where we design new products, prepare design documentation of products and moulds, new proposals on use of more progressive materials, draft patents and industrial designs. In addition to the above activities, HP trend provides consulting services in the field of plastic processing and implementation of new technologies including application of nano-technologies.

The company operates its own laboratory with which it intensively collaborates in the development of new products and testing of existing products including purchased materials ass a part of inter-operation and outlet inspections.
