PPR tubing system

Company HP trend, s.r.o., seated in Ludgeřovice near Ostrava, was established in 1997, having taken over the company HYDROPLAST. Currently, it has employed 130 employees and it has belonged among the biggest producers of piping systems of plastics for cold and warm water distribution, under-floor heating and pressurized air in the Czech Republic.

Complex presentation of production program

The main production is situated in the company’s premises in Ludgeřovice, Vráblovecká Street and there is the sales warehouse as well. Currently, the company HP trend has been producing the broadest range of pipe fittings in PN 20 pressure series. Plastic pipes are produced in pressure series of PN10, PN16, PN20 and in size with diameter of 16-90 mm of PPR typ3 material – random of polypropylene copolymer of grey or green colour, which exhibits high flexibility and perfect pressure resistance for the distribution systems of warm and cold water and under-floor heating.

In 2008 production was extended with sandwich pipes with aluminium foil PPR-Al-PPR STABI with diameter of 20 up to 63 mm. It is the only company in the Czech Republic which also produces PE80 pipe fittings of high-pressure polyethylene in black colour for industrial cold water distributions.

The whole production program is completed by production of poly-fusion welders, intended for comfortable welding (connecting) the piping system.
